Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 6, 2004 No. 574.

This law regulates public relations arising between state bodies, individuals and legal entities in the field of inland water transport in the implementation of shipping, transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo, operation of small vessels, including in inland waterways and non-sea water bodies, as well as defines their rights, obligations and responsibilities.
