Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) develops the main directions of state policy in the system of minimum social standards and organizes its implementation;

2) ensures the functioning and development of a system of minimum social standards;

3) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 11/24/2021 No. 75-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication). 4) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/19/2023 No. 223-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 19, 2015 No. 314-V SAM.

This Law regulates social relations arising in the system of minimum social standards.
