1. When a state of emergency is imposed on the entire territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan or in its individual localities, the financing of measures to ensure the state of emergency is carried out at the expense of the reserves of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the reserves of local executive bodies.

2. The decision of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan may introduce the emergency budget of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In this case, the financing of the measures taken to ensure the state of emergency is carried out at the expense of the emergency budget.

The Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan is immediately informed about the adoption of the emergency budget.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 8, 2003 No. 387.

This Law establishes the grounds, terms, procedure for the introduction and operation of a state of emergency throughout the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan or in its individual localities, and the legal regime of a social emergency.
