1. The lottery operator has no right to engage in other types of business activities, except for conducting a lottery.

2. Legal entities cannot act as lottery operators.:

1) whose financial and economic activities have been suspended in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) included in the list of organizations related to the financing of terrorism and extremism, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) having unfulfilled obligations under enforcement documents and included by the authorized body in the field of enforcement of enforcement documents in the relevant register of debtors;

4) the founders (participants) and (or) the executive body and (or) the affiliated person of which are persons who are close relatives, spouse or relatives of the heads of the authorized body;

5) the founders (participants) and (or) the executive body and (or) an affiliated person of which are persons who have an outstanding or outstanding criminal record for economic crimes or intentional crimes of moderate severity, serious crimes, especially serious crimes, and (or) persons included in the list of persons related to financing terrorism and extremism, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. The lottery operator must ensure that the lottery reporting center is located in the authorized body.

The lottery operator, through the lottery information processing center, must ensure the collection, formation, storage and recording of information on distributed (sold) lottery tickets, electronic lottery tickets, proceeds from sold lottery tickets, electronic lottery tickets, and winnings paid and its submission to the lottery reporting center at least once a month.
