1. Toy users must be protected from the risk of injury or injury due to structural and other defects in the toy. The design and manufacturing technology of toys should ensure their safe use in accordance with their intended purpose.

2. To prevent the risks associated with the use of toys that cannot be completely eliminated by changing the design without changing its function and basic characteristics and properties, it is necessary to specify the minimum age of toy users and the need to use toys exclusively under adult supervision.

3. Toys and their parts, as well as their packaging, in which they are contained for retail sale, must contain the lowest possible risk of suffocation.

4. Toys should not provoke a child to:

1) aggressive actions;

2) the manifestation of cruelty;

3) immoral actions and violence;

4) unhealthy interest in sexual issues beyond the child's age range;

5) disdainful and negative attitude towards racial characteristics and physical disabilities of children and adults.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 No. 306.

This Law regulates public relations regarding the definition, establishment, application, execution and control of toy safety requirements.
