Central executive bodies, as well as local representative and executive bodies, have no right to interfere in the production and technological activities of organizations related to the production and transmission of electric energy or with the technological management of these processes, except in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 9, 2004 No. 588.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of production, transmission and consumption of electric energy.
