1. International cooperation in the field of protection and use of historical and cultural heritage sites is carried out in accordance with this Law and international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. International cooperation in the field of protection and use of objects of historical and cultural heritage is carried out for the purpose of protection and use of historical and cultural monuments, which are:

1) property of the Republic of Kazakhstan, but located on the territories of other states;

2) property of other states, but located on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) property of other states located on their territories, but historically connected with the Republic of Kazakhstan.
