1. Labeling of manufactured (except exported) and imported alcoholic beverages must contain information in the state and Russian languages about the name of the product, the manufacturer-licensee and his location, the designation of the standard for products, container capacity, strength as a percentage of the volume fraction of ethyl alcohol, sugar content, manufacturer's license number.

2. The labeling of vodkas and special vodkas, vodkas with a protected appellation of origin, must contain information about the grade of alcohol used in their preparation.

3. The labeling of wines must contain the date of bottling and the name of the organization that carries out its bottling.

4. The labeling of vintage wines should contain information about the aging period, collectible wines - about the year of harvest of the grapes from which the wine is made, champagne - about the date of bottling.

5. Labeling of all types of alcoholic beverages must be carried out in accordance with the technical regulations.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 16, 1999 No. 429.

This Law regulates relations arising in the process of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products, state regulation and implementation of activities of subjects of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products.
