Article 8. Powers of the District Court of the Constitutional Law On the Judicial System and the Status of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The District Court is a court of first instance.

     2. District Court:

     1) considers court cases and materials related to his jurisdiction;

     2) (deleted by the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 11, 2006 No. 199 (effective from 01.01.2007);

     3) exercise other powers provided for by law.
