1. The National Chamber performs the functions provided for by this Law and other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Taking into account the system of the National Chamber provided for by this Law:

1) the functions implemented at the republican level, provided for by this Law and other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and involving interaction with the Kurultay of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and central government bodies, are carried out by the National Chamber;

2) The functions implemented at the territorial level, as provided for by this Law and other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and which involve interaction with local representative and executive bodies, as well as local self‑government bodies, are carried out by regional chambers.

3) Functions implemented at the international level, provided for by this Law and other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and involving interaction with foreign and international organizations, as well as functions aimed at promoting the development of foreign economic activity of entrepreneurs and attracting investments into the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, are carried out by the National Chamber, also through its branches and representative offices located in a foreign country, and (or) by a legal entity with its participation as a founder.

This Law regulates public relations arising in connection with the establishment and operation of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
