1. The National Chamber performs the functions stipulated by this Law and other legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Subject to the system of the National Chamber provided for by this Law:

1) the functions performed at the national level, provided for by this Law and other legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and involving interaction with the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and central government bodies, are performed by the National Chamber;

2) functions performed at the territorial level, provided for by this Law and other legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and involving interaction with local representative and executive bodies, local self-government bodies, are performed by regional chambers;

3) functions implemented at the international level provided for by this Law and other legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and involving interaction with foreign and international organizations, as well as functions to promote the development of foreign economic activity of entrepreneurs and attract investments into the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan are carried out by the National Chamber, also through branches and representative offices located on the territory of a foreign state, and (or) a legal entity with its participation as a founder.

This Law regulates public relations arising in connection with the establishment and operation of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the development of entrepreneurship in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
