Article 8. Procedure for using the National Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Constitutional Law On State Symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. The National Anthem is played:

     1) upon assuming the office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - after taking the oath of office.;

     2) at the opening and closing of sessions of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     3) at the opening of solemn meetings and meetings dedicated to national and state holidays of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as other solemn events;

     4) when TV and radio channels go on the air every day at the beginning and at the end of their broadcasting;

     5) at the opening of monuments, monuments, obelisks and other structures in commemoration of the most important historical events in the life of the people of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     6) when raising the National Flag of the Republic of Kazakhstan during official and solemn ceremonies, sports events held by state bodies, as well as public associations and other organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     7) at a meeting of the heads of foreign states visiting the Republic of Kazakhstan on state or official visits, after the performance of the national anthem of the relevant foreign state;

     8) in educational organizations implementing educational programs of secondary general, primary vocational, secondary vocational, higher professional and postgraduate professional education, during the opening ceremonies of the new academic year and the end of the academic year, as well as during other celebrations;

     9) during sporting events with the participation of the national (national team) team of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     1-1. The text of the National Anthem must be placed in the premises (parts of the premises) designated for the exposition dedicated to state symbols, state-owned legal entities, national management holdings, national holdings, national companies, as well as other joint-stock companies and limited liability partnerships in respect of which the Republic of Kazakhstan is the sole shareholder (participant).

     The order of use (establishment, placement) of the text of the National Anthem is determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. The procedure for the performance of the National Anthem and the use of its text in formations, military units, subunits, institutions of the Armed Forces and other troops and military formations is determined by general military regulations.
