The Codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan are adopted in order to regulate the following homogeneous and important public relations:

1) budget;

2) civilians;

3) civil procedural;

4) marriage and family;

5) environmental;

6) water;

7) land plots;

8) forest;

9) tax;

10) customs;

11) labor;

12) related to the execution of criminal penalties;

13) related to bringing to administrative responsibility;

14) related to criminal liability;

15) criminal procedural rules;

16) in the field of healthcare;

17) in the field of entrepreneurship;

18) in the field of subsoil and subsoil use;

19) related to the implementation of administrative procedures and administrative court proceedings.

20) in the field of social protection.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 No. 480-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations related to the procedure for the development, submission, discussion, adoption, registration, enactment, amendment, addition, termination, suspension and publication of legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
