1. The qualification requirements for a potential supplier are determined in accordance with the procurement rules.

2. In order to confirm its compliance with the qualification requirements, the potential supplier submits the relevant documents provided for in the procurement rules.

3. A potential non–resident supplier of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in order to confirm its compliance with the qualification requirements established by the procurement rules, submits the same documents as residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or documents confirming similar information about the qualifications of a potential non–resident supplier of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
