1. The owner, the owner and (or) the user are obliged to ensure constant control over the artificial intelligence system to the extent and in accordance with their role at all stages of the life cycle of the artificial intelligence system.

2. All entities involved in the creation and operation of artificial intelligence systems are responsible, as established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for the activities of artificial intelligence systems, as well as for the results of artificial intelligence systems, based on their role, at all stages of the life cycle of the artificial intelligence system.

3. The creation and operation of an artificial intelligence system is carried out taking into account energy efficiency and the desire to reduce the negative impact on the environment.
