Article 8. Restrictions related to being a member of the Government of the Republic of the Constitutional Law On the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Members of the Government of the Republic may not:
1) to be deputies of a representative body;
2) hold other paid positions other than teaching, scientific or other creative activities;
3) to carry out business activities;
4) be a member of the governing body or supervisory board of a commercial organization, with the exception of commercial organizations with state participation in the authorized capital in cases established by Government decisions.

This Constitutional Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, defines the competence, organization and activities of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
