1. A charitable organization has the right to:

1) to disseminate information about their activities;

2) represent and defend the rights and legitimate interests of its members (participants) in courts, government agencies, and public associations;

3) establish mass media;

4) to carry out business activities;

4-1) to collect funds;

5) exercise other rights in the field of charity in accordance with this Law and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Non-profit Organizations".

2. A charitable organization must:

1) comply with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) provide its members (participants) with the opportunity to get acquainted with documents and decisions affecting their rights and interests;

3) inform its members (participants) about the receipt and expenditure of property;

3-1) publish in the mass media and (or) on the Internet resource of the charitable organization a report on the completed charitable program at least once a year.

The report should contain brief information on income and expenses, goals achieved as part of the implementation of the charity program.;

4) perform other duties in the field of charity in accordance with this Law and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Non-profit organizations".

3. The labor relations of employees of a charitable organization are regulated by the labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. A charitable organization applying for voluntary donations is obliged to comply with the requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on countering the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime, the financing of terrorism and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 16, 2015 No. 402-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of charity.
