Article 8. Secret voting of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     Voting in the elections of the President, deputies of Parliament and maslikhats, akim, and members of other local self-government bodies of the Republic is secret, excluding the possibility of any control over the expression of the will of voters.
