1. Every child has an inalienable right to health protection.

2. The State creates conditions for the mother to protect her health in order to ensure the birth of a healthy child.

3. The child's right to health protection is ensured:

1) adoption of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of child health protection;

2) promoting and encouraging a healthy lifestyle for children;

3) state support for scientific research in the field of child health protection;

4) monitoring the health of the child, his parents and the prevention of childhood diseases;

5) providing qualified medical care;

6) creating a favorable environment necessary for the healthy development of the child;

7) control over the production and sale of food for children of proper quality.

4. The State guarantees children free medical care in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Any scientific experiments or other experiments with a child that harm his life, health and normal physical and mental development are prohibited.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 8, 2002 No. 345.

This Law regulates relations arising in connection with the realization of the fundamental rights and legitimate interests of the child, guaranteed by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, based on the principles of prioritizing the preparation of children for a full-fledged life in society, the development of socially significant and creative activity in them, the education of high moral qualities, patriotism and citizenship, the formation of national identity based on universal human values. values of the world civilization.
