Article 8. The principle of stimulating production of the Law on Special Economic and Industrial Zones

     The principle of stimulating production is to provide support to Kazakhstani commodity producers, manufacturers of works and services to the extent that it does not contradict international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     This Law regulates public relations arising from the creation, operation and abolition of special economic and industrial zones on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
