1. The applicant has the right:

1) to get acquainted with the rules for the provision of microcredits, the tariffs of a microfinance organization for the provision of microcredits;

2) receive complete and reliable information about payments related to the receipt, maintenance and repayment (refund) of a microcredit;

3) refuse to conclude a micro-loan agreement.

2. The applicant shall submit to the microfinance organization the documents and information specified in the list of documents required for obtaining a microcredit, as well as the procedure for maintaining a loan dossier under a microcredit agreement, necessary for concluding a microcredit agreement and agreements ensuring the fulfillment of the borrower's obligations.

3. The applicant has other rights and obligations established by this Law and other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 26, 2012 No. 56-V.

This Law regulates public relations related to the provision of micro-loans, establishes the specifics of the creation and reorganization of organizations engaged in microfinance activities, the legal status, activities of organizations engaged in microfinance activities, and also defines the specifics of state regulation of organizations engaged in microfinance activities, control and supervision of their activities.
