Article 83. Holding early elections of deputies of the Senate and elections of deputies instead of the retired Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     1. Early elections of deputies of the Senate and elections of deputies to replace those who have retired are conducted in accordance with the rules established by this Constitutional Law for regular elections of deputies of the Senate. At the same time, the dates of electoral events are determined by the Central Election Commission.

     2. One year before the expiration of the constitutional term of office of the deputies of the Senate, the election of a deputy to replace the outgoing one shall not be held.
