Article 86. Requirements for candidates for deputies of the Mazhilis of the Constitutional Law on Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan

     To be elected a deputy of the Mazhilis, a citizen must meet the requirements set out in paragraph 4 of Article 51 of the Constitution, as well as have the right to vote in accordance with paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 33 of the Constitution and this Constitutional Law.
