Authorized body:

1) develops and approves the rules of operation of the State Corporation;

2) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/14/2022 No. 141-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

3) carries out the organization and control over the activities of the State Corporation;

4) coordinates the activities of the State Corporation and its interaction with service providers;

5) excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 07/14/2022 No. 141-VII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication);

6) carries out the coordination of draft subordinate regulatory legal acts defining the procedure for the provision of public services through a State Corporation;

7) develops proposals for improving subordinate regulatory legal acts defining the procedure for the provision of public services provided through a State Corporation;

8) determines the pricing procedure for services provided by a State Corporation.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 15, 2013 No. 88-V.

This Law regulates public relations in the provision of public services.
