Article 9-1. interaction of state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan with anti-extremism and anti-extremism

State bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, combating extremism, in accordance with their competence:

1) use the opportunities of state bodies and organizations, as well as the agreement of citizens;

2) it informs about facts and signs of training and improvement of activities, the consequences of extremism and its competence to these state bodies, and informs about the necessary assistance.

Content

This law defines the legal and organizational grounds for Countering Extremism in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Man and citizen, the foundations of the constitutional system, ensure the sovereignty of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the integrity, inviolability and indivisibility of its territory, and national security.
