Article 9-2. Competence of military administration bodies The Law on the Prevention of Offenses
Military administration bodies:
1) carry out the organization of educational, socio-legal and propaganda work in the military;
2) interact with citizens and organizations on issues of crime prevention, determine the types and procedure for their encouragement;
3) form interdepartmental commissions in the military administration bodies for the prevention of offenses;
4) coordinate activities for the prevention of offenses;
5) organize work to strengthen the moral and psychological state of the personnel and military discipline;
5-1) take general measures to prevent offenses against military personnel;
5-2) carry out a measure of individual prevention of offenses in the form of a preventive conversation;
6) inform the military police authorities about the facts of upcoming or committed offenses that have become known to them.;
7) take measures to eliminate the causes and conditions conducive to the commission of offenses;
8) exercise other powers provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 29, 2010 No. 271-IV.
This Law defines the legal, economic, social and organizational bases of the activities of state bodies, local governments, organizations and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the prevention of offenses.
