For the provision of information services, as well as for correcting errors in registration documents caused by the fault of the applicant, the registration authority and (or) the State Corporation are charged in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The footnote. Chapter 2 is supplemented by Article 9-2 in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 13, 2004 No. 11 (effective January 1, 2005); as amended by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 11/17/2015 No. 408-V (effective from 03/01/2016).

This Law establishes the rules for registering the pledge of movable property in order to realize and protect the rights of individuals and legal entities who have legitimate rights to this property.
