Article 9-2. Special premises of the Law On the Procedure and Conditions of Detention of Persons in Special Institutions, Special Premises providing Temporary Isolation from Society - Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2025 No. 203-VIII SAM

1. Special premises are established at police duty stations by order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The procedure for organizing the activities of special premises and the standard rules of the internal regulations of a special room are determined by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law defines the legal basis for the activities of special institutions and special premises that legally provide temporary isolation from society, and also establishes the rights and obligations of the persons contained therein.
