Article 9-4. The procedure for electronic registration of a pledge of movable property based on an application received through the Unified Register of Pledge of movable Property of the Law on Registration of Pledge of Movable Property

1. In case of sending an application in electronic form through the unified register of pledge of movable property for electronic registration of pledge of movable property no later than one business day following the day of receipt in the unified register of pledge of movable property of confirmation of payment of the fee for registration of pledge of movable property or exemption from payment of the fee, the registering authority and (or) the State Corporation shall enter the following information on pledge to the unified register of pledge of movable property on the basis of an application, Based on the results, a certificate of registration of a pledge of movable property or a reasoned refusal of registration in electronic form, certified by an electronic digital signature of the registering authority and (or) a State Corporation, is issued.
2. The registering authority and (or) the State Corporation, within one working day after receiving the application, shall send to the information system of the pledgee and the unified register of collateral of movable property a certificate of registration of the pledge of movable property in the form of an electronic document or a reasoned refusal of registration in the form of an electronic document, certified by an electronic digital signature of the registering authority and (or) the State corporations.
3. Information about the electronic registration is stored in the information systems of the pledgee, the registering authority and (or) the State Corporation and does not require documentary confirmation.
This Law establishes the rules for registering the pledge of movable property in order to realize and protect the rights of individuals and legal entities who have legitimate rights to this property.
