Article 9-6. Safety requirements for grain storage of the Grain Law  

     1. Grain storage is carried out in granaries that meet environmental, construction, fire, sanitary-epidemiological and phytosanitary requirements that ensure grain safety.  

     2. Safety requirements for grain storage by type of risk are established by technical regulations.  

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 19, 2001 No. 143.

      This Law regulates relations arising in the process of grain production, storage and sale in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
