Advertising and its subject matter are determined independently by periodicals.

Periodicals distributed by subscription are required to indicate the thematic focus of the publication in the subscription terms.

Advertisements in periodicals are placed in the language specified in the mass media registration certificate.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 19, 2003 No. 508.

This Law regulates the relations arising in the process of production, distribution, placement and use of advertising in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
