Commander of the Regional Command of the National Guard:

1) manages the troops of the regional command for the performance of their assigned service and combat tasks, as well as formations, military units and subunits that are not part of it, transferred in accordance with the established procedure to operational subordination, including temporarily, for the period of preparation and performance of tasks;

2) manages the operational and combat training of troops, all types of combat, logistical and technical support, the introduction of best practices, the development of the material base and the creation of necessary social and living conditions for personnel;

3) adopt, within the limits of its powers, decisions on the involvement of forces and means of subordinate formations and military units in cases of a state of emergency and the occurrence of emergency situations in the area of responsibility.;

4) issues orders and orders;

5) resolves the issues of military service by military personnel of formations and military units that are part of the regional command of the National Guard, and the admission of civilian personnel in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

6) appoints and dismisses military personnel, assigns regular military ranks, and dismisses military personnel up to and including the captain, with the exception of senior non-commissioned officers.

This Law regulates public relations in the sphere of activity of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
