1. Biofuel production is carried out:

1) if there is a production passport and control metering devices that provide automated transmission of information on biofuel production volumes to the authorized body in the field of biofuel production, the local executive body of the region, the city of republican significance and the capital;

2) at a biofuel production plant owned by a biofuel producer by right of ownership or other proprietary right.

2. The sale of biofuels should be carried out with the registration of accompanying invoices for goods.

3. Transportation of biofuels is allowed if there are accompanying invoices for the goods along the entire route.

4. Biofuels are stored in premises owned or otherwise owned by producers of biofuels and producers of petroleum products containing biofuels, manufacturers of chemical products and related industries.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 15, 2010 No. 351-IV.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of biofuel production and turnover.
