Export and import of breeding products (materials) are carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on breeding livestock and in the field of veterinary medicine.

Export of breeding products (materials) is carried out in the presence of a breeding certificate and a veterinary certificate issued by an authorized body.

Import of breeding products (materials) is carried out in the presence of a veterinary certificate and a duly recognized breeding certificate or an equivalent document issued by the competent authorities of the exporting country.

The import of seeds for further sale is carried out by breeding and distribution centers.

The LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN dated July 9, 1998 No. 278.

This Law defines the legal, organizational and economic bases for carrying out activities in the field of breeding livestock, is aimed at preserving and increasing the gene pool of breeding animals, as well as reproducing and improving their productive qualities, regulates the activities of government agencies, individuals and legal entities engaged in the field of breeding livestock.
