Article 9. Freedom from corruption of the Law on Permits and Notifications
1. When introducing and implementing a permissive or notification procedure, the facts of a conflict of interests and the selective application of law must be excluded.
2. In order to limit the contacts of individuals and legal entities with government agencies in the process of licensing and licensing procedures, when adopting regulatory legal acts regulating the procedure for the implementation of licensing procedures, it is usually envisaged to apply the "one window" principle, in which all necessary approvals from government agencies must be obtained by the licensing authorities themselves.
3. No one has the right to require individuals and legal entities to have permits or notifications not provided for by this Law.

This Law regulates public relations related to the introduction and implementation of a permissive or notification procedure for the implementation of certain types of activities or actions by private business entities and other persons provided for by this Law.
