Article 9. International charity of the Law On Charity

     1. International charity is carried out by the subjects of charity in accordance with the procedure established by this Law, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. Foreigners, stateless persons, foreign and international organizations may participate in charity activities on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with this Law, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 16, 2015 No. 402-V SAM.

     This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of charity.
