Article 9. Licensing of activities in the field of radioactive waste management of the Law on Radioactive Waste Management

     1. Licensing of activities in the field of radioactive waste management is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of atomic energy use, as well as the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on permits and notifications.

     2. Licensing of activities in the field of radioactive waste management is carried out by the authorized body in the field of atomic energy use.
