Article 9. Licensing of tobacco production activities The Law on State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Tobacco Products

     Tobacco production activities are subject to licensing in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on permits and notifications.

 

 

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 12, 2003 No. 439.

      This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of production and turnover of tobacco products.
