1. The members of the company are individuals and (or) legal entities.

The number of members of the society must be at least two hundred and fifty.

2. Membership in the company arises after the payment of the first insurance premium in accordance with the concluded insurance contract.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2006 No. 163.

This Law regulates public relations related to the implementation of mutual insurance and establishes the legal basis for the activities of mutual insurance companies.
