1. Geodetic, cartographic and aerial survey work is carried out by notification in accordance with the procedure established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Permits and Notifications".

2. The following documents are attached to the notification of geodetic and (or) cartographic works::

1) a copy of a supporting document confirming the availability of their own or rented set of certified instruments, equipment and tools that allow them to perform geodetic and (or) cartographic work, or a contract for the provision of services in the field of geodesy, cartography and spatial data with persons who have a set of certified instruments, equipment and tools, indicating the factory numbers;

2) a copy of the diploma of higher or post-secondary education in the field of geodesy, cartography and spatial data of a specialist on staff.

3. Subjects of geodetic and cartographic activities in order to carry out aerial survey work are required to attach to the notification a cartogram of the territory where aerial survey work is planned, in paper and electronic form in the format of geoinformation systems indicating coordinates in established state or local coordinate reference systems, scale and customer of aerial survey work.

Aerial survey work is carried out taking into account the requirements established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. -Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 9, 2026 No. 256-VIII SAM
