1. Geodetic, cartographic and aerial survey work is carried out by notification in accordance with the procedure established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Permits and Notifications".

2. The following documents are attached to the notification of geodetic and (or) cartographic works::

1) a copy of a supporting document confirming the availability of their own or rented set of certified instruments, equipment and tools that allow them to perform geodetic and (or) cartographic work, or a contract for the provision of services in the field of geodesy, cartography and spatial data with persons who have a set of certified instruments, equipment and tools, indicating the factory numbers;

2) a copy of the diploma of higher or post-secondary education in the field of geodesy, cartography and spatial data of a specialist on staff.

3. Subjects of geodetic and cartographic activities for aerial survey work are required to attach to the notification a cartogram of the territory where aerial survey work is planned, indicating its geographical coordinates, scale and the customer of aerial survey work.

Aerial survey work is carried out taking into account the requirements established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
