Article 9. Powers to commit acts related to the conclusion of international treaties of the Law on International Treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan
1. On the basis of decisions taken in accordance with Article 8 of this Law, the authority to commit acts related to the conclusion of international treaties is confirmed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan by issuing certificates of authority.
2. In the event that the right to sign an international treaty in accordance with subparagraph 1) of Article 8 of this Law was delegated by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to another official immediately before its signing, the powers of such official
officials are confirmed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan by issuing a certificate of authority without making a decision provided for in Article 8 of this Law.

This Law defines the procedure for concluding, executing, amending and terminating international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
International treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan are concluded, executed, amended and terminated in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, generally recognized principles and norms of international law, the provisions of the international treaty itself, the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties, this Law and other legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
