1. Housing, intermediate housing and preliminary housing loans are secured by a pledge of immovable property, including purchased housing, or by other means of securing the fulfillment of obligations determined by the housing construction savings bank in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the internal credit policy of the housing construction savings bank.

Payments to the housing construction savings bank for obligations not fulfilled by the borrower under a housing loan received for the purpose of capital repairs of the common property of the condominium facility are made in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations".

2. If the minimum required amount of accumulated money is less than fifty percent of the agreed amount, only real estate or a deposit in a bank can be secured for a housing loan.
