      2) edges, protrusions, cords, wires and devices for connecting toy parts must be designed and manufactured in such a way that the risks of bodily injury as a result of contact with them are reduced to a minimum.;

      3) toys should be designed in such a way as to minimize the risk of bodily injury that may occur due to movement of the toy parts.;

      4) toys and their components, as well as other removable toy parts intended for use by children under the age of three, must be sized to prevent their ingestion.;

      5) toys designed to support a child on the surface of the water must be designed and manufactured in such a way as to reduce the risk of drowning of the child as much as possible due to mechanical damage to the toy or its overturning.;

      6) toys that represent a closed volume, into which the user can enter, should not be airtight and provide the possibility of unhindered exit from the toy.;

      7) a toy designed for mechanical movement must have a braking system corresponding to the kinetic energy being developed, the use of which is not accompanied by the risk of falling out or bodily injury to the user.;

      8) the shape and composition of the toy, as well as kinetic energy, should not expose the user or third parties to the risk of bodily injury.;

      9) liquids and gases contained inside toys must not reach a temperature and/or pressure at which, in the event of a leak, it is possible for the user or a third party to suffer bodily injury.
