Article 9. Responsibility for violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the participation of citizens in ensuring public order The Law on the Participation of Citizens in Ensuring Public Order

Persons guilty of violating the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the participation of citizens in ensuring public order are liable in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 9, 2004 No. 590.

This Law regulates public relations arising in connection with the voluntary participation of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in ensuring public order.
