Scientific support in the field of production and turnover of organic products is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on state regulation of the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural areas and other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law defines the legal, economic, social and organizational foundations of the production and turnover of organic products, aimed at the conservation and rational use of natural resources, assistance in the formation of a healthy diet and the development of the market of organic products.
