1. State control and supervision in the field of chemical product safety is carried out by authorized bodies in accordance with the procedure and within their competence and is aimed at ensuring compliance with the requirements of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the safety of chemical products.

2. State control in the field of safety of chemical products is carried out in the form of inspection, preventive control with a visit to the subject (object) of control and supervision in accordance with the Business Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/06/2024 No. 71-VIII (effective sixty calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 21, 2007 No. 302.

This Law establishes the legal basis for ensuring the safety of chemical products for the protection of human life and health, environmental protection and consumer interests in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
