1. 2. State registration includes:

3. Multiple state registration of food products of one type, one name, manufactured by one manufacturer is not allowed.

4. Food products subject to state registration, entered in the state registers of feed additives, baby food products, food and biologically active food additives, genetically modified objects, dyes, materials and products in contact with water and food, chemicals, certain types of products and substances that have a harmful effect on human health, are allowed to be applied within the time limits established by the authorized bodies.

5. The re-registration and revocation of the decision on the state registration of baby food products, food and biologically active food additives, genetically modified objects, dyes, materials and products in contact with water and food, chemicals, certain types of products and substances that have a harmful effect on human health are carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan..
