Article 9. State registration (re-registration) of rolling stock and its collateral, exclusion from the State Register of Rolling Stock of the Railway Transport Act
Rolling stock and the pledge of rolling stock are subject to mandatory state registration (re-registration) in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized body.
A fee is charged for the state registration (re-registration) of rolling stock and its collateral in the manner and amount determined by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget" (Tax Code).
Rolling stock that has passed state registration (re-registration) is subject to entry in the State Register of Rolling Stock. Exclusion from the State Register of Rolling Stock is carried out in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized body.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 2001 No. 266.
This Law regulates public relations between carriers, participants in the transportation process, government agencies, passengers, senders, recipients, shippers, consignees, and other individuals and legal entities when transporting passengers, baggage, cargo, baggage, and mail by rail.
