The contract of compulsory environmental insurance is considered terminated in the following cases::

1) expiration of the contract;

2) early termination of the contract;

3) the insurer makes an insurance payment (insurance payments) in the amount of the insured amount under the compulsory environmental insurance contract.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 13, 2005 No. 93-III.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of compulsory environmental insurance and establishes the legal, economic and organizational basis for its implementation.
