1. Unless otherwise provided by the contract of compulsory liability insurance of auditing organizations, it enters into force and becomes binding on the parties from the moment the policyholder pays the insurance premium, and if it is paid in installments, the first insurance premium.

2. The contract of compulsory liability insurance of audit organizations is concluded for a period of twelve months from the date of its entry into force.

The period of validity of the insurance coverage coincides with the term of the contract of compulsory liability insurance of audit organizations.

3. The validity of the contract of compulsory liability insurance of audit organizations is limited to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, unless otherwise provided by the contract of compulsory liability insurance of audit organizations.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 13, 2003 No. 440.

This Law regulates public relations arising in connection with compulsory insurance of civil liability of audit organizations, and establishes the legal, economic and organizational basis for its implementation.
