1. Unless otherwise provided for in the contract of compulsory liability insurance of private notaries, it enters into force and becomes binding on the parties from the moment the policyholder pays the insurance premium, and if it is paid in installments, the first insurance premium.

2.The contract of compulsory liability insurance of private notaries is concluded for a period of twelve months from the date of its entry into force.

The period of validity of the insurance coverage coincides with the term of the contract of compulsory liability insurance of private notaries.

3. The validity of the contract of compulsory liability insurance of private notaries is limited to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, unless the contract of compulsory liability insurance of private notaries provides otherwise.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 11, 2003 No. 435.

This Law regulates public relations arising in connection with compulsory insurance of civil liability of private notaries, and establishes the legal, economic and organizational basis for its implementation.
